Oddly enough, most of my words come from the Great Lakes region....mmmmm Apparently, the term "Devil's Night" is used mostly in Michigan only....for those that don't know its Holloween Eve. I guess it comes from Michiganders setting fire to neighborhoods and looting them the night before Holloween. At least in Detroit.
